Tour cancellation policy

1. Prepayment policy

Most tours which are provided by Dominicana.pro can be booked without any prepayment.

Prepayment is required in the following cases:

• the group consists of more than 3 people
• total cost of the booked tours is more than 300 dollars
• the tour is provided by a partner-company, which requires 100% prepayment
  

Standart Pre-payment is 30% of the total cost of the tour, excepting tours requiring 100% prepayment.

Tours with 100% prepayment:
Tours with dolphins, helicopter tours, Coco-Bongo tours and other tours provided by our partners.

2. Cancellation and refund policy

• In case of cancellation of the reservation of tours 72 hours before the tour (3 days) —100% refund
• In case of cancellation of the reservation of tours less than 72 hours before the tour(3 days) — a fine of 30% of the tour price
• Cancellation due to illness or any medical condition — 100% refund

3. Changing dates of the tour

The tour dates can be changed due to bad weather, natural disasters, strikes or national holidays.
If guests do not agree to the change of date —100% refund

4. Refund policy

The refund is made within 48 hours after receiving the request. For a refund you are supposed to fill in a refund form and send it via e-mail info@dominicana.pro. The letter should be marked with the following sentence: "Tour refund"
